1. Offset printing ink. In the printing process of offset ink, the printing process is usually completed based on the principle of "oil and water repel" during offset printing. Therefore, offset printing ink titanium dioxide must have good emulsification resistance and hydrophobicity. If the printed matter is placed outdoors for a long time, titanium dioxide also needs to have good light resistance and weather resistance, otherwise the ink will turn yellow and powder.
2. Gravure composite film ink. In the gravure composite film ink printing process, in order to obtain brightly colored and beautiful prints, white ink must be used as a base, and then color printing is performed. This requires titanium dioxide to have good tinting and hiding power, otherwise the effect will be poor.
3. Baking iron printing ink. For this ink, the baking temperature reaches about 180°. The baking time reaches about 2 hours. Such printing conditions make the titanium dioxide in the ink have excellent heat resistance. Otherwise, the white ink will turn yellow and lose its luster at high temperatures, and even the printed matter will be scrapped.
